If you want to enroll your child in Artshine at his/her school but no programming is currently in place there, don't despair.
We are continually forging new partnerships, and parents are often the advocates who introduce Artshine to new schools. Through your referral, your child's school may be eligible for 10% off all programming and your child may be granted an Artshine scholarship!
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued *subject to program manager's discretion (approved refunds will be less a 10% administration and merchant processing fee).
Late Registration: Late registrations will be accepted up to the third week of a multi-week program, provided there is space in the class. Late registrations will be pro-rated. A $25.00 late registration fee will be applied to all late registrations.
Snow Day/School Strike Policy: Lunchtime classes will be rescheduled, and after-school classes will be issued a "Snow Day/School Strike" discount coupon which can be used when registering for future Artshine classes.
Missed Classes: No refunds, discounts on future registration, or make-up classes will be offered *subject to program manager's discretion.
Refund Policy: A full refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee, will be provided if the request in made more than 14 days prior to the camp start date. Refund requests made less than 14 days before the camp start date will not be issued.
Missed Camp Days: No refunds, discounts on future registration, or make-up classes during another camp week will be offered for missed camp dates.
