Monica's favourite part about teaching for Artshine is meeting amazing people and sharing her favourite hobby (art) with them!Here are a few facts about her: Favourite Art Medium: Acrylic paint. So easy and fun to use Favourite Colour: Hot pink, like a peony in June Favourite Animal: Birds and cats of all species. Favourite Artshine Project: Van Gogh's Sunflowers and the oil pastel Peacock. I love plants and birds! Favourite Food: Pizza forever and ever! Ideal Superpower: Telekinesis. How cool would it be to move things with your mind? Favourite Disney Movie: 2D animated Beauty and The Beast, and Lilo and Stitch. Non-Disney: Into the Spiderverse! Fun Fact: Cartoon animation is an amazing artform that keeps growing and there's a style and theme for everyone to like. Bonus: anyone can create a cartoon! you don't have to be an expert in drawing or tech to create relatable characters and a fun story. Art Fact: Love video games? Artists are crucial in the creation and development of any game. Game artists are the folks who work on all the cool visual elements that give the game it's "look" or style; from characters and backgrounds, textures and objects, to vehicles and weapons. Game artists are amazing!
