Artshine Celebrates 10 Years of Inspiring Creativity Across Canada
Founded by Paul Field in 2015, Artshine began with a simple idea: to bring art to kids everywhere, regardless of income, ability, or life circumstance.
Over the past decade, that vision has grown into thousands of after-school programs, summer camps, workshops, subscription boxes, and art supply offerings across many Canadian cities!

Bring Artshine to Your School!
Our team of professional instructors are ready to spread the joy of art to your school with our after-school and lunchtime programs!
"Artshine has been offered to our students in grades Primary-6 during the lunch hour for over one year. During this time, feedback from students and families is consistently positive. It is an excellent program. It offers students a deeper experience with artistic tools and instruction to explore themselves. The learning groups are small, teachers are skilled, quality materials are provided. As principal, I feel like I am adding to children’s school experience and the management of having Artshine as a lunchtime program is good use of my time."
Our students who participate in Artshine LOVE IT and cannot wait for it every week. They enjoy having the chance to do arts and crafts and produce something that they are proud of. Students in Artshine often share with me their art projects with big smiles and pride. I am glad to be able to offer this opportunity for the students of St. Daniel. There is never a mess and the staff who come are respectful and honour our school community.
"I was looking for a fun experience that would also teach new skills to the students in my congregated special education class - and I definitely found that with Artshine! I watched as each one's confidence grow as they produced beautiful art pieces each week. After only a few sessions, they were all truly thinking of themselves as artists! My students really looked forward to the Artshine workshops each week and I really cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to being able to bring Artshine into my classroom again in the future."
