Mission and Vision

Our mission is to create a community where participation in the arts is not limited by income, ability or life circumstances.

Our Vision: At Artshine, we envision a future where access to the arts is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Regardless of income, ability, or life circumstances, everyone deserves the opportunity to explore their creativity and unlock their potential. By building bridges and breaking down barriers, we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society—one masterpiece at a time.

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that the Artshine/Arts4all’s Head Office, is a settler facility built on the traditional territory of the Attawonderonk, Anishinaabek, and Haudenosaunee peoples. We are located in what is now Kitchener, Ontario, which is situated on the Haldimand Tract, land promised to Six Nations, and includes six miles on each side of the Grand River from the source of its mouth.
